STOP MAKING EXCUSES

We get it. You just came home from work. You're tired. You just want to be lazy on the weekends before Monday rolls around and you start your
week up again. You're constantly tired and losing focus at work so are unable to give 100%. Your life is like a never ending cycle of work, eat,
sleep, repeat. What if there was a way (that costs no money) to cure all those groggy mornings and negative attitudes?

You're in luck. There is a cure.

It's called nature.

1. REDUCE STRESS/ANXIETY

When people say that being outdoors is good for the mind, body, and soul, it really is true. According to the Huffintong Post, psychologist Judith
Heerwagon says that the simple act of spending time outdoors has proven to lower stress levels. The aromatic scents that flow through the air gives
nature the ability to hold a calming effect. Some of these aromatic scents such as pine has been proven to decrease stress and anxiety.

2. UP YOUR VITAMIN D INTAKE

Vitamin D is something most people are not able to get enough of through food. Many people may not even know that they have a Vitamin D
deficiency. The most common side affects are fatigue and muscle weakness. Could this be why you're so tired at work all the time? Simply having the
sunlight hit your skin automatically begins the rise of your Vitamin D intake. Plus, Vitamin D is known to help fight off certain health conditions.

3. GIVE YOUR MEMORY & CONCENTRATION A BOOST

Sitting around fidgeting and not able to pay attention to your work? Take a walk outside. It has been shown that those who go out for a walk
in nature vs. just sitting around resulted in improved concentration when they went back to work. The same thing goes for your mental
energy. The solution to these problems isn't a break on your phone!

CHALLENGE YOURSELF

These three highlights are just a few of many different reasons why getting outdoors will benefit you. Challenge yourself to go outside
at least once a day, and keep track of what you do and how you feel. You may realize that the solution to your lack of motivation and
tiredness has been surrounding you every single day.
