BABY, IT'S COLD OUTSIDE

Oh, it's cold out? Suit up! Just because the weather may be a little chilly doesn't mean you can't go outside. Too many people spend cold weather
seasons indoors which can actually cause more stress and decrease your emotional well-being. Connecting with nature during these times is
important because it helps you think more clearly, promotes physical activity, and overall happiness. So layer up, grab a cup of jo, and make it happen! 

Best part is, you don't have to forego style to be all cozied up outside!

THINGS TO DO IN THE COLD

 1. Take walks while bundled up.

2. Wrap up in a big blanket and read on the porch. 

3. Go sledding/snowboarding/skiing. 

4. Watch a Winter sunset. 

5. Have a winter picnic. 

6. Plan a guided Winter nature hike. 

7. Go outside and listen to nature. 

8. Visit a nearby park or nature center.
