Reading the review gives me pause and it's a shame. I need to replace a broken frame and FINALLY found what I've been looking for here. International commerce REALLY takes some getting used to especially if you're not buying in bulk. Tsk Tsk Tsk, shame.

We are so sorry you haven't received your products. International Shipping usually takes 7-10 days for the parcel to arrive into the country. I've checked on your tracking and it shows that the package left Los Angeles on April 11th at 10:19pm, we are pretty certain the package is at the Canadian customs office.
