Unbalanced

The sunglasses I received look great, but when I wear them, they are slanted on my face. I set them down on a table to make sure they stood correctly, yet it showed me that the arms of the glasses were not level. Every time I wear these glasses, they slant.

This is the second pair of glasses I have purchased from this website, and I am disappointed with the product from this order.

I would like a credit or an exchange for the defective sunglasses.
