El día de hoy recibí mi pedido despues de casi un mes haha, no es una queja, pero... lamentablemente mi pedido no llegó completo, faltó un par de lentes, quiero saber como le puedo hacer para aclarar este inconveniente?

We are so sorry your package arrived late. It took a week for it to land in Mexico, however the Customs Office held your order for inspection before releasing it to you a few weeks later.
We also apologize for the missing item. We don't know if the item was taken thru inspection or if we missed packing it, however I went ahead and refunded you for the missing item.
