Sunglass.LA is not liable for shipping delays due to Customs and/or duties and taxes to the destination country.
International first class mail usually takes 1-2 business days to process after payment clears and a minimum 10-15 business days (2-4 weeks) for arrival. There is no detailed tracking for most first class International mail. Please allow additional delivery time for customs safety inspections, time varies per country. In delays due to international customs procedures.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
If you are not completely satisfied with our product or happy with your purchase, please let us know. Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 14 days upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package with a receipt or proof of purchase.
