Hi Georgia,
We are so sorry you haven't received your package. Shipping to Brazil usually takes about 10 days for it to arrive. From the tracking I see that the package reached Curitiba on January 7th. It is currently getting processed thru the Custom Office.
Hopefully they will release the package soon. Thank you for being patient with us.
